WATER & SEWER REGULATIONS WORK SESSION
TOWN OF ST. ARMAND
February 18, 2014
A Special Board Meeting of the Town of St. Armand was held on the above date at the Town Hall, Bloomingdale, NY.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS PRESENT:
Town Supervisor Charles Whitson, Jr., Councilperson Don Amell,
Councilperson D. Joseph Bates
TOWN EMPLOYEES PRESENT:
Town Clerk Davina Thurston
Deputy Supervisor Samuel A. Grimone, Councilperson Jennifer Fuller
Notice was sent to the Adirondack Daily Enterprise regarding this meeting.
Town Supervisor Charles Whitson, Jr. called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
Supervisor Whitson led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Supervisor Whitson opened the Meeting by speaking about the current Water & Sewer Regulations. The payoff of the current RD loan was discussed by utilizing the Sludge Fund capitol. Discussion ensued. It was decided to return to this issue at the Regular Board Meeting to be held on March 11, 2014. The Board asked that Town Accountant Mike Kilroy attend that meeting to answer any questions that may arise regarding the account.
Discussion ensued regarding the DEC requirement of GPS location of manholes in the Sewer District. It was decided that Supervisor Whitson would speak to Attorney Nathan Race regarding this issue and would report back to the Board at the Regular Meeting on March 11, 2014.
Discussion ensued regarding the broken water pipe on the Gunther property. It was decided to create a bill and have a copy of the Cantwell/Curit bill available to review at the March 11, 2014 Regular Board Meeting.

Supervisor Whitson adjourned the meeting at 3:41pm
